Clay Ceramics for Adults

2-Day Class: Sundays June 6 & 13, 2021, 6pm - 8pm
Join Richmond based clay artist and sculptor Patricia Shook as she leads this exciting 2-day clay program for adults. In these classes you will learn many of the fundamental skills necessary for working with ceramic clay. You will learn about the tools required and the techniques that a sculptor uses to bring about their one-of-a-kind masterpiece. Students will work with ceramic clay slabs to design and complete a beautiful vessel with a lid. You will add color with a variety of underglazes and then vessels will be fired with a clear glaze for a permanent usable object.
Please dress accordingly. All supplies are included in class fee.
Class Fee: $70 Maximum: 10 Students
Class will be held in the newly renovated Pike Studio...a great place to learn, grow and connect.
