RAL Art Centers’ participation with the Lancaster by the Bay Chamber of Commerce “Reverse Christmas Parade” on Main Street in Kilmarnock, will be a Window Display of colorful Snowmen created by the RAL Artists. From crafters to quilters, from painters to mosaic artists, we unleashed our creative spirit and had fun! RAL artists broke out the felt, glitter, glue, paint, fabric, you name it, and created fun and colorful snowmen. SNOWMAGEDDON is inspired by a children’s book, “If Picasso Painted a Snowman”. Snowmen will fill the Gallery Window at RAL Art Center, 19 N. Main Street, Kilmarnock, and overflow throughout the Gallery. We are open Thursday through Saturday from 10:00AM to 4:00PM so, visit the Gallery to view the creations of our artists. Be sure to bring your kids into the Gallery to see all the snowmen and have them entered into the drawing for a copy of the book, ”If Picasso Painted a Snowman”, the inspiration for SNOWMAGEDDON. The Holiday Shop will also be open so you can check out the gift-giving creations of our artists. Call the RAL Art Center for additional information at 804.436.9309.
We observe social distancing and masks are required in the Gallery.
RAL Art Center is supported by the Virginia Commission for the Arts and the National Endowment for the Arts
