Fish-Relief takes First Place in the “You Be the Judge” January exhibit. RAL Art Center members and visitors voted for their favorite artwork during January. Votes were counted and Laurie Breakwell’s fused glass, Fish-Relief, took First Place. Laurie has won several Blue Ribbons in past exhibits, but this is her first people’s choice award.
